Our Lady of Prompt Succor School has a reputation of growing our students spiritually and academically. OLPS has been a part of my life since the 90's first as a student, then as a parent and now as a member of the OLPS team. Our Lady of Prompt Succor is always like coming home. As the new Principal we will embark upon each new school year with great enthusiasm for enhancing our instructional program, spirituality and school family as a whole.

Mrs. Beck became the OLPS Principal in 2020. Mrs. Beck holds an M.A. degree from the college of Education and Human Development at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches with Certification in Educational Leadership.
A graduate of Our Lady of Prompt Succor and Bolton High School, Mrs. Beck is a veteran teacher and administrator. Mrs. Beck has been in the education field for 15 years. Megan was a Master Teacher in the Rapides Parish School District. She has been a Turn Around Specialist and, since 2016, Turn Around team coordinator for the district. She has also been assistant principal at J.B. Nachman Elementary in Alexandria and a second-grade teacher at Cherokee Elementary.
Megan and her husband Robert are parishioners of OLPS Parish and have 2 daughters who attend Our Lady of Prompt Succor School, Margaret and Mary Hampton.
