Dear Prospective Parents,
Finding the right school and environment for your children is one of the most important decisions you as a parent will ever make. Your decision will deeply influence your children’s future. As you consider the choices available to you, we want to provide you with information about Our Lady of Prompt Succor School.
We provide a safe and nurturing learning environment that is rooted in the traditions of the Catholic Church. Our students participate in daily prayer, weekly Mass, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, the Living Rosary, Stations of the Cross and other liturgical events. Additionally, sixth grade students participate in an annual class retreat. Our classroom environment supports prayer and Catholic values.
We serve students in grades Pre-School (age 3) through six. We are committed to the education of the total child, but recognize you, the parent or guardian, as the primary educator. We have a dedicated staff, wonderful students, and parents who value the Catholic education that we offer and support the school with their time and talents.
We offer a well-balanced curriculum with high academic standards. It is our goal that each student will acquire the tools necessary to master the academic, social and technological skills that are needed to become a productive citizen. In pursuit of that goal, we place special emphasis on building strong foundations by engaging students in the learning process. We believe in exposing our students to a variety of learning situations and subject areas. In addition to the traditional subjects, they explore music, art, technology, physical education and Spanish language and culture. Each year, students in Kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to participate in our school play. We also offer various sports at all grade levels.
Our Lady of Prompt Succor School has been educating children since 1949. I hope that you will come and visit to see for yourself the wonderful opportunity that awaits your child.
