After a great deal of prayer, it was with mixed emotions and with Fr. Dan’s blessing that I announced my retirement, effective at the end of this school year, to our faculty and staff. The last 30 years of my career have been filled with wonderful people and exciting challenges at Our Lady of Prompt Succor School. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine being the principal, let alone for 15 years. However, the time has come for me to let the next person lead this great school, while I spend time taking care of my family. I promise to do my best to make this another great year and thank all of you for your encouragement and support.
I speak for many of us when I say I have mixed emotions, too, about the announcement of Mrs. Tassin's retirement at the end of the current school year. Her hard work and dedication to her ministry and her love for your children and our school over the past 30 years has been amazing. I am so grateful to have worked with her over the past 15 years she has served as our principal. We will miss her tremendously! Thank you for your support.
Please continue to pray for Mrs. Tassin. -- Father Dan
